Services described

Content describing audits, assessments, briefings, and related assurance work is informational. It does not create an engagement until a written engagement letter is signed by both parties. Website fee ranges are estimates only.

Acceptance of terms

Continued browsing, form submission, or email contact constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective statement.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Stonegate or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse materials without prior written consent, except for fair quotation with attribution in professional correspondence.

No professional relationship by browsing

Reading field notes or engagement descriptions does not establish an auditor–client or advisory relationship. Opinions expressed in articles are general and may not apply to your entity.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonegate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use, including decisions made solely on the basis of website content. Our aggregate liability related to site use is limited to NT$3,000 except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

User obligations

You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to site infrastructure, or submit unlawful or misleading information. You are responsible for the accuracy of details you provide in inquiries.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
