How on-site audit days are paced

Service model

A visit rhythm for licensing and AML engagements

Licensing readiness audits and AML assessments depend on interview access and evidence readiness. This page explains how we schedule fieldwork so operations keep clearing applications while samples still hold.

  1. Week 0 — Scoping and calendar hold

We agree entity scope, sample windows, and two candidate fieldwork weeks. A thirty-percent deposit and signed engagement letter confirm the hold.

  2. Week 1 — Evidence intake

Policies, registers, and export chronologies arrive under NDA. Incomplete indexes trigger a short delay notice rather than silent schedule slip.

  3. Weeks 2–3 — On-site interviews

Half-day blocks with compliance, operations, and finance. Peak clearing hours are avoided. Meeting rooms and a single point of contact are required.

  4. Weeks 3–5 — Testing and draft

Remote testing continues after interviews. Draft findings go to your nominated contact before board or counsel circulation.

  5. Close — Remediation workshop

One facilitated session assigns owners and dates. Final letter follows once factual comments close.

What to reserve on your side

  • A quiet room for file review and interviews
  • Access coordinator who can pull KYC or STR samples same day
  • Board secretary availability if a briefing is in scope
  • Vendor contact details when outsourcing reviews are included

Travel outside the primary interview city is quoted separately on the fees page.
